The Opportunity

Work inside a real production brief, not a workshop room.

Participants will work around a scheduled song-production brief with assigned teams, approved equipment, Delhi NCR location access and production support from The Black Tape Production.

The song shoot starts once the selected participant's agreement, payment and team pairing are complete. Mentorship and production work happen before the final event on Sunday, 13 December 2026. Participation does not guarantee employment, awards, commercial success or future paid work.

If an application is not accepted, no registration payment is collected. Payment is requested only after the role fit, availability and agreement are confirmed.

The Live Project

A real song shoot leading into the final event.

The event date is fixed for Sunday, 13 December 2026. Shoot blocks, mentorship and call sheets are scheduled before that date and shared with accepted participants after payment and team assignment.

Expected Working Hours: Song shoot: 6-8 hour assigned block. Final event: 4-5 hour evening format.
Team Structure: 1 makeup artist paired with 1 selected model per look, supported by direction, camera, styling and production coordination
Equipment and Facilities: Camera, basic lighting, production supervision, assigned prep area and approved shoot/event floor
Participants Must Bring: Makeup artists: personal kit and hygiene tools. Models: neutral wardrobe basics, footwear options and grooming essentials.
Publishing Platforms: The Black Tape website, Instagram, YouTube Shorts/Reels and approved partner channels
Content Delivery Date: Preview selects within 10 working days of shoot; final edited participant assets within 21 working days after the event date

Awards And Gift Hampers

Awards are earned by judging criteria, not purchased by registration.

Jury recognition and gift hampers are for selected winners only unless a final campaign note says otherwise. Award categories should be displayed only after they are confirmed.

Confirmed judges and team members should be added through the CMS with real photographs, names, professions and one verifiable credential. No fake portraits, placeholder celebrities or unconfirmed associations are used.

Who can apply?

Makeup artists and models who can participate professionally in a scheduled production environment.

Is experience required?

Prior work helps, but review focuses on readiness, reliability, availability and role fit.

How are teams assigned?

The production team assigns makeup artists and models based on the song brief, look requirements and availability.

What content will I receive?

Each registered participant receives at least 3 edited photos and 1 edited vertical video clip from approved production takes, subject to attendance and usable performance material.

Who owns the content?

Usage, publishing rights and credit policy are governed by the participant agreement and release signed before payment.

Are awards guaranteed?

No. Awards are based on published judging criteria and selected jury evaluation.

Does registration guarantee future work?

No. Participants may be considered for suitable future projects, but future work is not guaranteed.

Will revenue be shared?

No revenue-sharing promise should be assumed unless a separate written agreement says so.

Will celebrities mentor participants?

Yes. The programme includes mentorship from confirmed celebrity professionals in makeup, modelling or acting. Names should be announced only after written confirmation.

What happens if production is rescheduled?

If TBTP reschedules the shoot or event date, accepted participants receive the revised call sheet and updated event note in writing.

Can I cancel after paying?

Cancellation requests are reviewed only before team assignment. A confirmed no-show after call-time confirmation is non-refundable.
