01

Project-specific terms apply

Each project, shoot, event or booking may have its own written proposal, invoice, agreement or contract. If those terms differ from this page, the written project-specific terms will apply.

Commercial commitments may include non-refundable advances, vendor payments, artist blocking fees, travel, location, equipment, crew or pre-production costs.

02

Cancellations by client

Client cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation, work already completed, committed vendor or talent costs and the agreed scope.

Advances paid to block artists, celebrities, crew, studios, locations or vendors may be partially or fully non-refundable.

03

Postponements

Postponements are handled subject to availability of artists, celebrities, crew, locations, vendors and production resources.

Additional costs may apply if postponement creates new travel, blocking, vendor, rescheduling, overtime or cancellation costs.

04

Cancellations by The Black Tape Productions

If we are unable to deliver a confirmed service due to reasons within our control, we will discuss replacement options, rescheduling or appropriate refund treatment based on the paid scope and work already completed.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, government restrictions, safety issues, weather events, third-party failures, artist illness, travel disruption or circumstances outside reasonable control.

05

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable operational timeline.

For refund or cancellation questions, contact inquiry@theblacktapeproductions.com with your invoice, project or booking reference.

These pages are written for website transparency and operational clarity. Project-specific contracts, invoices, proposals or written confirmations may contain additional terms.
